German Attorney-at-Law (Rechtsanwalt) Christian Schilling studied law at the law schools of the Universities of Heidelberg and Passau, where het put focus on international private law (conflict of laws), international procedural law as well as the law of corporations. After the 1st state examination in Bavaria he absolved his legal traineeship at the Higher Regional Court of Frankfurt, specialized on commercial law. Already during his studies, his legal traineeship and later on as a lawyer he worked for renowned international law firms. Schilling has considerable experience in a broad spectrum of commercial law and its international dimension.
